Dr. Joan B. Krajca-Radcliffe received her Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology from
Cornell University in Ithaca, New York. She studied Virology at Baylor College of Medicine
in Huston, Texas, and Cell Biology at the University of Texas Graduate School of Biomedical
Sciences in Houston, Texas. She completed her internship and residency at the University of
Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Litle Rock, Arkansas, and comppleted a fellowship in Sports
Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery with the University of Texas Medical School at Houston
and Rice University. She is Board Certified by the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery.
Dr. Radcliffe joined the medical staff of Stevens Community Medical Center in November of
2001. She practices general orthopedics, such as fractures, carpal tunnels, and arthroscopy,
and has a special interest in sports medicine, including ACL reconstructions, rotator cuff
tears, and total knee replacements. She is SCMC's Medical Director of Therapy Services and
Director of SCMC's Sports Medicine Team. She also serves as Team Physician for Morris Area
High School.
Dr. Radcliffe enjoys music and sports and plays the violin in the University of Minnesota,
Morris Orchestra, the Otter Tail Valley Civic Orchestra in Fergus Falls, and the Galveston
Symphony in Galveston, Texas. She is a member of the Minnesota Distance Running Association
and enjoys training for and running marathons, including the Twin Cities Marathon and
Grandma's Marathon in Duluth. She and her husband, Glen, reside in Morris with their
several cats.

Dr. Michael J. Holte received his Medical Degree at University of North Dakota School of Medicine and
Health Sciences in Grand Forks, ND. He completed his internship and residency at Mayo Graduate School
Medicine, Rochester, MN. Dr. Holte was an Orthopedic Surgeon from Orthopedic Surgery Specialists in
Aberdeen, SD and has been providing outreach orthopedic care at Swift County Benson Hospital. He joined
the medical staff at Stevens Community Medical Center June 1, 2005. He practices general orthopedics
and specializes in total joint replacements.
Dr. Holte, currently reside in Starbuck, MN with his wife Julie and two children. He enjoys hunting, fishing, and snowmobiling.
